Sign an NDA to maintain confidentiality for review of high-level financial information
Schedule an in-person visit to get to know each other better
Request additional data and ask secondary questions to further evaluate the business
If appropriate, put together a valuation of the business and discuss the future together
Sign a Letter of Intent and begin a detailed due diligence process — the entire process will take approximately 3-6 months
